Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

what measures are being taken to protect personal information.

1. Items of personal information collected, purpose of use, retention period
The company retains and utilizes the following personal information for the following
purposes.
- Items of personal information that can be generated and collected during service
use: service use records, location information, access IP information, payment
records, use suspension records, device information and unique ID, e-mail address,

member's personal information while the member receives the service provided by
the company. Member's personal information is destroyed when the purpose of
collection or provision of personal information is achieved. If a member withdraws
from membership or is subject to member ID deletion due to false personal
information, the collected personal information is completely deleted after a certain
period of time, and is processed so that it cannot be used for any purpose, and
cannot be viewed by the creator himself. In addition, in the event of a dispute such

immediately discarded after identity verification.

2. Procedure and method of destroying personal information
In principle, the company destroys the information without delay after the purpose
of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The destruction procedure
and method are as follows.
- Destruction procedure The information entered by the member for membership
registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved
(separate filing cabinet in the case of paper), stored for a certain period of time
according to information protection reasons pursuant to internal policies and other
related laws, and then destroyed. It's possible. Personal information transferred to a
separate DB is not used for any purpose other than retention unless otherwise
required by law.
- Destruction method
1) Personal information stored in the form of an electronic file is deleted using a

3. Provision of personal information The company does not provide users' personal
information to the outside in principle. However, the following cases are exceptions.

procedures and methods set forth in the law for the purpose of investigation.
4. Rights of users and legal representatives and how to exercise them
1) Members can check, view, or modify their personal information at any time, and
may request cancellation of membership.
2) Members' personal information can be viewed and modified directly from the
personal information management menu of the service, and deletion can be done at
any time by deleting the application. In case of use, the member's personal
information is immediately inaccessible and deleted after a certain period of time.
3) If a member requests correction or deletion of his or her personal information, the
company will take necessary measures without delay after verifying the identity of
the member. In addition, personal information can be destroyed, member ID
deleted, service suspended, etc. under the judgment of the person in charge of
personal information according to the Terms of Use.
4) The scope of personal information that the company can provide to members is
the personal information entered at the time of membership registration. . In
addition, if wrong personal information has already been provided to a third party,
the result of the correction will be notified to the third party without delay so that
the correction can be made.
5) The company handles personal information that has been canceled or deleted at
the request of a member as specified in the 'Period of Retention and Use of Personal
Information Collected by the Company' and prevents it from being viewed or used
for any other purpose.
5. Matters concerning the installation, operation and refusal of automatic personal
information collection devices
We do not operate devices that collect personal information that is automatically
generated when using Internet services, such as cookies.

These Terms and Conditions were announced on August 21, 2023, and will b
e effective from August 21, 2021. If you do not agree to these terms and co
nditions, you must stop using the service through membership withdrawal.
